Wilhelm is a geoscientist and registered consulting engineer with ten years of professional experience inresponsible mineral sourcing. He has worked as a technical advisor on a range of topics related to mineral traceability and the development of due diligence systems for mineral supply chains in conflict-affected and high-risk areas, particularly in Eastern Africa.

Wilhelm combines scientific precision with intercultural competence and strategic insight. His expertise covers a wide range of topics, including mineral deposit geology, mineral processing, traceability and certification of raw materials, commodity trading, environmental risk assessment, and policy consulting. He is fluent in English and speaks French proficiently.

As co-founder of Schink & Schulz Consulting, he supports clients in building transparent, secure, and sustainable mineral supply chains – with a focus on technical due diligence, risk assessment, and traceability solutions.

Mario is an energy storage specialized engineer and certified project management professional with more than nine years of experience in the interdisciplinary field of battery technologies, renewable energy systems, and strategic innovation management. His professional background spans senior roles in the automotive and energy industries, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of complex, high-volume technology projects across the world.

Mario’s core expertise lies at the intersection of engineering incl. trouble shooting, sustainability, and (innovation) management. His work focuses on lithium-ion battery systems, energy storage solutions, and forward-looking strategies for energy transition and decarbonization.
